Do not start in b class you'll be last every time. Start in the beginner class work your way up. B class is way faster than you think and so is novice.  You're a beginner no matter how long you've been riding and how fast think you are.  Not being mean just how it is.  Start off to finish and to race again.

You could say so lol . Trust me start as low as you can you'll be surprised how fast they are. B classes are kids that been racing for years and some are even faster than A guys. Ride the beginner class make them move you up for win % or pointing out.  Only gets harder as you move up. I remember going from C to B was harder than B to A

What everyone else said...ditto!

Start in as beginner of class as you can. Learn. Then, learn some more.

The rider that starts in a beginner class learns at a more rapid rate, Grasshopper!
