+ 1 also how much do you weight and what level?

Based on how the question was put, I would say it doesn´t matter. It would be more important to just service the fork.

dk how much oil do you run? my 07 i ran 370 in my 09 i run 355, i tried going lower but blew threw to quick. i weight 160 and top b class. i had my suspension done by FC, i think i'm going to have them add more low speed comp on my next oil change. i'm going with more low speed because it handles slapdowns perfect it's once it gets into the stroke it blows threw.

I have 330 now. I agree that it blows through a bit too quick when I overjump something. But I have stiffer 0.46 fork springs in it too. I weigh 165.

I´m gonna go to 340 on next oil change.

It´s funny that MXA says 306 ml. I tried 310, and it was way too low, even with stiffer springs. 330 at least was acceptable.

A guy that test rode my bike said that the suspension was soft.

Another guy who did the garage bounce test said that it felt very stiff.

I have an 09 250f and I am gonna do a oil change this week , however I use the bike for tight offroad/enduro riding , I have noticed that I am not using the entire stroke , also the front end feels very stiff on the technical terrain ( I bleed the air before each ride) my question is , should I put less oil in , say 310 in each leg ?

I weigh 210 ( ya I know need to lose some weight )

Why not? You can always add oil later through the air bleed holes. Easier to add than to remove...

Less oil makes for more air in the fork. The more air, the softer it will feel at the end.

Oil height makes the most difference from the midstroke and down to the bottom. The clickers affect it all the way, but can be felt the most from the top of the stroke down to midstroke.

But it´s not an exact science, you have to try out some different settings to see what works for you.

Thanks D-K , thats exactly what I was thinking adding oil is easier than removing , gonna try with less oil and test .

This is exactly why I run 360ml of oil and have my clickers set a tad on the soft side. That way I get the plush feel in the beginning of the stroke (over braking bumps and chop) and it progressivly gets stiffer as it goes through the stroke.
