FCR Pilot jet location

I am trying to put in a new pilot jet without a manual. This is my first time in this carburetor and need help locating the pilot jet any help would be appreciated.

You did not say which type FCR you have. But the pilot jet is always next to the main jet. (main jet being directly under the slide needle) On the newer MX types I'm told you can access both the main jet and the pilot jet thru the plug on the bottom of the bowl. Suzuki OEM FCR's the bowl has to be removed for access. You will only find 3 jets in the bowl: main, pilot, and starting (unless there is no starting circuit in the carb as in some after market replacements) They are all so much different it should not be a problem identifying the pilot especially if you have a replacement in hand.

Thanks for the info, but I located the pilot jet and found out that I have the wrong jet.

Yup, that's righ. Not all FCR's use the same pilot jet.
