Bill's Pipe Thunder Series

I recently installed a Bill's slip on unit on my crf. It comes with a head pipe spacer. I put in the spacer and put the pipe on. Shazzam. I rode it for one day like this and opted to remove the spacer and just run the muffler. I have alot of time on the CR 500 desert and motocross, but this was just to gnarly. This would probably be a good set up for supercross though. It is louder than stock at high RPM,s. I have ridden this bike for 4 months now and I may not ride the CR 500 much anymore. On an even start this bike will accelerate evenly with the 500. My buddy and I tried about 10 times to be sure it was true. Other observations over my riding time on this bike are: I put on a top clamp and GPR damper. This bike would headshake and once it was really violent. Also hold a line in corners better. My shop was way rich on the jetting and was getting three rides on a plug. 4000ft elevation I run 172 main 45 slow Clip in the third position and the screw at 1. Some hard cold weather starting due to over rich, but is much better now. 3 turns throttle kick. Burns off,2turns throttle, burns off, 1 turn, kick,starts. warm one kick Ilove this bike. I had no idea a four stroke could be like this.

Ricfield I like it with the spacer out. Seems a lot stronger through the range. the spacer makes it pull gnarly of the bottom and costs on the top.
