You don't want to spread that question over the internet, you never know who is reading this stuff.

No one that knows will say anything on the internet anyway.

It's not paranoia if they are out to get you.

To answer your question, Mt. Herman Road is a great place to ride. You can make a loop of it by going up Mt. Herman to Rampart Range Rd. south to the Springs and back to Monument. There are several trails off Mt. Herman you can take; best bet is to get the Pikes Peak topo map and check them out.

Have a good one!

mtncrusher is right. There is a lot of fun trails up there to ride. Nothing dificult, but still fun. Not too many people know about it, but there is an old WWII era airplane that is crashed up there. There is also some other really cool stuff to be found if you know where to look. Couple fishing spots included in that list. Be advised though, it is discouraged to ride a non-plated bike on Mt Herman Road itself. The side trails are the only place where you can officially ride. Many of the Forest Service Rangers that I have come in contact with up there have no problem with you riding on the road. Just ride slow and off the pipe. If you would ever be interested in riding with someone up there, let me know.

Won't tell exactly where it is, that would be no fun. You will find it off of one of the many side trails that are off of one on the first three main trails north of Herman on Rampart Range. Confusing? Hopefully. ?

Once again, if anyone would like to join me for a ride up there, just send me a pm. I got a couple buddies that live near the trail head that will take you on a few trails that will make your head spin. We could go find the plane and see some of the other cool stuff up there.
