Last week Matthes was talking sh.. about GL on the Blair/Mathes project, seemed like it was out of nowhere. Guessing this is GLs response. 

 I’m in pulp fantasy league and try and listen to the review pods they do but half the time it’s him and JT arguing about the dumbest stuff. I try to avoid negativity so it’s rather annoying.

So you were satisfied with the direction the country was going before the last presidential election? You don't have to like him to realize he loves this country and the patriotic citizens that BELONG in it. And what does "he lies about everything"?? No seriously, I hear this shit all of the time from clueless liberals but not once have any of you ever came back with factual evidence about what you spout off about. Put up or shut up!

I agree and he does bloviate all the time but he’s a master troll and they can’t help but latch onto every little word while ignoring the good  

I think trump has the commies/libs in a tight spot, as he’s doing a lot of great things but they aren’t allowed to give him credit for anything. 80/20. Keep taking the 20% side and lose again next time around.

Unfortunately, some of this is political in that here and on Vital, which leans a lot further left, a lot of folks are calling GL an alcoholic. If he were on the other side the same folks would be saying he has a problem and we all need to be compassionate because of his “disease”.  

But we should probably stay on track or this is will get moved to TS if this keeps up.

Modern MX or what ever this is they are calling it these days is just re branded Real Houswifes of Motocross/Jersey Shores/WWE. They have to create content and drama to keep people interested because with out it they know they are headed the way of NASCAR because the actual races have gotten boering.

The problem with the average American voter is that they are blinded by party lines. Otherwise we wouldn’t have been saddled with garbage candidates the last 3 elections. 
 

 Saying Trump is one of the best presidents ever is a slap in the face to great presidents.  He has done nothing great, nothing. 
 

 The Big Beautiful Bill is filled with shit. He raised the debt ceiling, added to the budget, cut money from people who needed it, and gave tax breaks to people who don’t. Found a bunch of waste with Doge, and then gives it all to the military industrial complex. He didn’t cut taxes on tips, overtime, or SSI like he said he was. The fact that the major his minions think that tariffs are great proofs the stupidity of his followers. 
 

 We haven’t had a good president since Reagan and Clinton. Reagan built the environment for a great economy to grow, and Clinton left it alone. 
 

 Bush 2 and his Patriot Act are both shit,  Obama destroyed healt insurance for small businesses, Trumps first tariffs and mismanaged Covid causing record inflation, Biden, no need to even say anything. The only smart thing he did was open up oil drilling, outside of that, complete disaster. 
 

 As far as Langston and Mathis go, I can have a good conversation with a guy who is at the complete opposite spectrum to me, and not dislike them. 

 

 Everybody that is more successful than you, despite their politics has something to offer you. 
 

 If a guy agrees 100 with you, but isn’t as successful as you shouldn’t be sitting at the table with you giving advice. 
 

 If this thread gets shut down because it’s off track, I’m never posting here again.

Reagan ? another product of a media that was biased to say the least.....you're right about Obama and healthcare but you're too young to judge RR and the ones just after him or those just before him.   Even Lincoln was a racist. Congress is the one that changed all the tax revisions Trump campaigned on but I blame him for not fighting for them.....typical political bait and switch we've seen forever.....as far as DOGE cuts, I never believed it would actually amount to more than political banter as BOTH parties are totally corrupt.  At least this year is the first time that the corruption in foreign aid has been exposed on a major scale.....you don't think anyone was stupid enough to pay $65 million out of their pocket to Obama for a book do you ? or pay him a million for a speech.....
