Leatt 4.5 or astars tech 3 boot?

My boots are about shot and I was going to replace them with tech 3 enduro boots. While at the dealership the other day one of the parts guys told me he’d sell me a set of leatt 4.5 boots for $230 otd. Which do you think is the better woods boot?

Astars soles don’t last long at all

I like my Leatt boots, they're comfortable and protective. Totally made in China quality materials though, my SG12s are a good bit nicer.

You get what you pay for in durability. My garne sg10 boots have lasted more than twice as long as my alpinestar tech 8’s did. They look rough now but the soles are still good. I have bought “good deal” boots but you still pay more for them.

Shopping for boots for my son currently  and was told that the Leatt 4.5 boot is essentially an Astars tech 7, comes out of the same factory supposedly. I’m probably going to try them after great luck with both Astars and Leatt. Plus they are way cheaper than the Astars version….

I like the Leatt 1 way adjusting Velcro top, it’s a big deal that doesn’t look so big at first…
