Throttle Sticking Even with new throttle tube

Pretty sure it has to do with the bars. Is there any way I can fix this without replacing my bars, they don't look bent and only have 30 hours on them. I just blew 30$ on a throttle body and can't afford new bars at the moment. I'm also not the guy to ride at a track with a sticky throttle so If it requires a replacement I might not be riding for a while.

I'd be supervised that say 8" of the bar where the throttle tube goes on is bent but nothing surprises me anymore.

Just and example red line.

As posted use a ruler to check its not bent and if the ruler does not sit flat on that part of the bar post a pic with the ruler showing where its not flat.

These aren't the best of photos but I think they give you a general idea. The ruler was basically straight the entire handlebar. I applied even pressure and didn't notice anything. Maybe I should of push the throttle back a bit to give the ruler more space. There is also 2 more photos I took with all the rulers wait focuses on the left of the ruler. The first nothing looked odd, and the second had a little bit of space; However, this one I might of had the ruler a bit off the bar and possibly too much force. These are the photos I got, I'm completely in the dark so I'll probably mess with it more tomorrow and see what I can try to do.

Also If this means anything: when I have the tube half on the bar It spins freely and the more I push it on the bar the more freeness it looses and when all the way in becomes very tight ?

Yup. There is no way to file down the bars enough to make up for the bend.

Question, since I need new bars how do I know which size bars to get? I'm looking at mika bars as there only 50$ There's a option for "Kaw Stock (997)" I'm pretty sure that's what I need but I'd like to know how to find the right size as I rather not pay 50$ for the wrong size bars. (Kx 85 2020)

I've never needed to replace bars so this is a first for me ?

Cannot answer. You buy OEM Kawasaki bars and you will know they are identical. Any aftermarket, you have depend on the information from the reseller.

Bars will be 7/8" or 1-1/8: at the bar clamps and pretty sure yours are 7/8" and have a cross bar.

All bars are 7/8" at the ends.

Anyway did you crash really hard on the right recently?

This pic looks like the bars are bent about 1/8" at the right/end compared to where the tube/housing would be around the left which IMO would stop the tube from spinning freely.

IMO you could try have someone hold the bike and use a solid bar inside the end of the bar about 3" in and bend it up a bit at a time until the tube spins but TRY is the word and not sure how that would work.

Personally I would not try and straighten a bent bar and just buy a new one from the 100's of choices.

I'd say the most hard crash I've ever had sense I got it was when I was in 2nd on this small jump section of a mx track. It was muddy and I lost traction mid  jump face, luckily I was planning to take a break and was going slow as I was close to track exit so I'd did a one second superman and my bike hit the throttle side. I'm just disappointed my bars would bend that easily ?
