Your symptoms are still a bit vauge, but let me see if I can shed some light:

Throttle position: The FI system gets this information from the TPS. If it has been water contaminated (common on this year) it will not work properly. If you have a factor oem service manual it will tell you how to test it, but an old-school multi meter with a needle will tell you if it is damaged, as the needle will jump around when you turn the TPS and measure it's resistance

Throttle position: The FI system has constant pressue, so the only difference in fueling is the amount of 'squirts' per second. Every squirt is the same.....but if the nozzle is contaminated and not atomizing, the lower rpms will have less 'good' squirts making it run rough. Remove the nozzle and pressure clean with solvent, a 9v battery, a piece of rubber hose, and an air compressor. You MUST replace the orings with brand new ones. Follow the manual !

FI pressure: the fuel pump in the tank needs to have it's filter replaced often, if you do not filter the pump gas going into your tank. If the pump filter is clogged, the pump will act irractically, including at idle. If you have not changed it, it's way past time. Unfortunately it's a pain to do without breaking the pump housing. That, and if the pump has been starved for fuel for a long time, it will be damaged and unable to provide pressure for very long. Could be 30 seconds, could be 3 minutes. A new pump is tested for 5 min for 50psi.

Spark plug / plug cap / plug wire / Stator harness plug : all of these areas corrode and need attention. Remove the plug, plug cap, and inspect for corrosion. Put in a new plug. Unplug the connection leaving the stator. Inspect for corrosion.
