Ive never been but live 10mins away. Please report back on the conditions for dirt bikes? Mx? Single track?

Ended up raining most the weekend we went and not too many trails yet. I have a bike and a few quads and got through for the most part. Mostly wide single one way trails. SXS really tear the trails up fast. Some deep holes and pits that we decided to turn back. There is a tunnel that goes under a road that they where pumping water cause of the rain a few days before but we got through. They have a large sand pit which is all open. The mx track is in the construction stage. They are expanding and I think it’ll be a cool place but time will tell. I’m also close. They are all about taking care of the trails and safety. Nice owners. Still in the works but it’s worth checking out since you’re so close. We decided to camp and with the rain it’s just a place to go for the day. Hope that helps.

Cool thanks it does help. Kinda bummed it doesnt sound too challenging. Any hills? Jumps?
