I need to send my cylinder to get repaired for a chip and replated, where should I send it for the best price?

Or, maybe the better question should be "who does the best job"......

I’m honestly just on a budget, full time in college barely enough money to put gas in my truck. Just trying to ride.

I get it. Most of the time you get what you pay for, and doing it right the first time is always way less expensive.

juz zayin ?

Any recommendations?

No, as I haven't needed a cylinder re plate (yet). But that's a job that needs to be done right the first time so that all the time and effort you put into the job gets you back on your bike and the trails for a long time.

I need a new piston too and I’m looking at like 400$ lol sucks and I’m pretty sure my head is warped to shit and not the just matting surfaces but the pegs where the dome sits so that’s another 200 easy oh well..

I hear You, out if the three 2 strokes I've had only one of them I had the cylinder re plated.  Costed me 500 Canadian after all said and done and it came back brand new, sadly I forgot the name of the company I used but their in Alberta and worked fantastic. Little expensive for me but it got the job done and lasted.the bike even after I sold it.

I'd never sleeve a plated engine. There is a good reason almost all engines these days (even lawn mower) are plated. Durability and comparable co-efficiency of expansion between an alloy piston and an alloy barrel. A single cylinder replate with all parts is typically under $300, with some looking about, you can often find all new aftermarket for about the same price.

My cylinder needed replated, so I checked out a few prices, all between $150-$200. Ended up sending it to Eric Gorr. He bored my kx85 cylinder to 100cc, replated it, ported it for better low to midrange, reworked the power valve, sent me a complete top end kit, (piston, rings, wrist pin bearing, top end gaskets) for $425. And the motor rips! Check him out

I would consider a sleeved cylinder a ruined cylinder.  The cost to do it right, which includes a full professional port job, far exceeds the cost of a replated cylinder, and the plated cylinder will perform better, last longer and run more reliably.

Millennium does good work.  Last one I had done at US Chrome was so bad I had to send it to Eric Gorr to fix.  Power Seal has the best pricing and a good reputation but I have not tried them yet.
