Report back to let us know how it's holding up. I've been thinking about one of those for my son in the not to distant future.

A lot of people around here like to hate on Chinese bikes, and don't even realize how many parts of thier bikes are made in the same factories. From what I've seen of SSR, their higher end models are perfectly good as entry level machines, and possibly better than some of the entry level name brand bikes.

Haven't been able to log into here, until the most recent update, so I figured I'd give you guys an update on how the bike is running/performing!

After a few hours of riding, the bike does not bog down anymore when you snap the throttle, and you can actually feel the power! It handles like a dream, and is very very comfortable. Unfortunately (stupid me) I decided to take the bike out on 2"+ of solid ice, and after maybe an hour or 2, the bike slipped out, and I slid on my stomach for about 50feet. I only broke the front fender, brake lever, and rear master. Got those all replaced now and the bike is back to normal. I ordered some eBay universal reinforced handguards, and need to make slight modifications to the mounting brackets to get them to fit correctly.
