Arm pump will not go away

Everyone makes them, Under Armour, Addidas, Nike, 2XE, etc. Most big sports stores will have them.

I think I just found out one of the big problems. Did a lorreta qualifier race this weekend and did terrible because of arm pump second moto. Went and did practice the next day for 10 laps and got hardly any pump. I guess I am just to tight during a race.Will check out those compression sleeves though.
