1994 Yamaha PW80 Won't Start
Picked up a 1994 Yamaha PW80 from a buddy who said it was running at some point. Since then, it’s been sitting for a long time outdoors and hasn’t run. I went ahead and replaced the carb. Checked compression - around 45lbs so decided to replace the top end. After all this, the bike is still doing the exact same thing it was doing originally. See video – it kind of wants to start/backfires but doesn’t keep running. Checked the spark – it looks strong / blue. Changed spark plugs. Checked the
1983 XR200 needs a new motor
Picked up a junked 1983 XR200, replaced the piston but because the old piston jumped a ring the barrel was scared pretty bad, I honed but still not good, Intake valve was stuck so I replaced valves but even now I can only get about 55lbs of compression. Tested the stator and it is only giving 4.5 volts when kicked so I think that is also bad, even so the flywheel cover is cracked and leaking. Because the tank/seat/suspension and wheels are all is good condition I though maybe replacing the entir

GMC 97 mph speed limiter change
MY 97 GMC Savana with the 5.7 motor, 4L60 trans is speed limited to 97mph, just like the pickups. Without spending hundreds on a programmer, is there a way to raise the speed limiter set point to something higher? The local GM dealers refuse to do it. Also, I've been told that the programmers avalilable for sale are tied to your vin number, so you just can't plug in someone else's programmer and change my OBDII settings. Is this true? thanks

2002 Polaris Xplorer 250 2 stroke oil pump
I just did the top end on the 250. The owner said that the oil tank was run dry. So, when I fired it I mixed the oil in the gas and ran it for a minute or 2. Then I disconnected the oil injection line from the carb and ran it some more and I got zero oil out of the line. Is it a thing for these oil pumps to go out? What does it take to rebuild it? Or is it better to just replace it? The bike sat for about 2 years before I got to it.  Thanks!

Ltz400 double spark won’t start
I have a 2005 ltz400 that has been sitting for a few years. I bought it about 8 months ago. I just got a new wiring harness and cdi in, it has spark, but it has it on the squeeze and blow stroke, so it appears to be firing twice as normal. It backfires and shoots flames out the carburetor, and it doesn’t run.
