  • Referring to Rekluse’s “auto clutch” systems is much more simply stated than achieved. Auto clutch technology has been meticulously engineered, tested, and developed through several generations in the engines of many different brands and types of motorcycles. But, what are the benefits of running an auto clutch in the first place?

Rebound adjustment, WP 2022 SXF 450 shock (heavier spring)
Looking to alter rebound stack slightly to accommodate the 48nm spring I have. Doesn't feel like I need a different stack, just adapt it. 42nm I have not even tested with. 45nm I'm at 11-12 on rebound, 48nm 9 clicks on rebound. Like clamp on 24 for full stack change? Or add a 38x0.30 and maybe a faceshim? Difference between 350 and 450 is just one face shim extra on 450.  Any suggestions?
ufo plastics sale right now.
https://us.ufoplast.com/ Apologies if this isn't allowed...but there's all kinds of stuff at very good prices....even if your bike isn't listed, there's universal stuff like handguards....and if you ride a vintage thumper, check the vintage section.  I spotted some TT 600 side panels, for instance.   I even went out to the shed to look at my XR...to make sure I didn't neeeeed anything for it.
Athena GET "Engine Hour Counter"
Does anyone know how to make the GET "WiGET" app Engine Hour Counter under the Maintenance section match my actual ERT on the odometer?  I've replaced my clutch dampers at 30 hours, but the WiGET app thinks I only have 4 hours on the clock.

2002 Polaris Xplorer 250 2 stroke oil pump
I just did the top end on the 250. The owner said that the oil tank was run dry. So, when I fired it I mixed the oil in the gas and ran it for a minute or 2. Then I disconnected the oil injection line from the carb and ran it some more and I got zero oil out of the line. Is it a thing for these oil pumps to go out? What does it take to rebuild it? Or is it better to just replace it? The bike sat for about 2 years before I got to it.  Thanks!

Ltz400 double spark won’t start
I have a 2005 ltz400 that has been sitting for a few years. I bought it about 8 months ago. I just got a new wiring harness and cdi in, it has spark, but it has it on the squeeze and blow stroke, so it appears to be firing twice as normal. It backfires and shoots flames out the carburetor, and it doesn’t run.
