How much is my shipping?

Orders totaling $99.00 or more are shipped *FREE within the continental US.

All other shipping charges are automatically calculated during checkout based on the weight, destination, and shipping method you choose. (You will have a chance to review the shipping charges BEFORE completing your order or sending payment.)

 

*Offer valid for ground shipping to the continental United States only. Qualifying items must total $99.00 or more before taxes, shipping charges, or any other additional charges to qualify. Free shipping does not apply to all items, including but not limited to: Suspension, tires, wheel assemblies, oil, plastics, oversize items, and all labor items. Shipping charges will be added to excluded items at the time your order is shipped. See below for what is considered an oversize shipment.

  • A package weighing less than 30 lbs. and measuring more than 84 inches and equal to or less than 108 inches in combined length and girth will be classified as an Oversize 1 (OS1) package. The transportation charges for an Oversize 1 (OS1) package will be the same as a 30-lb. package being transported under the same circumstances.
  • A package weighing less than 50 lbs. and measuring more than 108 inches in combined length and girth will be classified as an Oversize 2 (OS2) package. The transportation charges for an Oversize 2 (OS2) package will be the same as a 50-lb. package being transported under the same circumstances.
  • A package weighing less than 90 lbs. and measuring greater than 130" in length and girth will be classified by FedEx Ground and an Oversize 3 (OS3) package. The transportation charges for an OS3 package will be the same as a 90-lb. package being transported under the same circumstances.

What is your shipping policy?

 

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, Ontrac and USPS. Orders are shipped from multiple locations throughout the country using any of these carriers.
  • Orders are typically shipped Monday - Friday, excluding most holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon Pacific Standard Time (PST) may not be processed until the following business day.
  • Shipping charges are automatically estimated using real-time lookup during checkout. (You will have a chance to review the shipping charges before completing your order or sending payment).
  • Free shipping does not apply to oversize items as determined by Fedex's oversize item shipping policies. Shipping charges for oversized items are based on dimensional weight (size of box), not actual weight (weight of box), which is more expensive than standard packages. Therefore, it is possible that the shipping charge projected at the end of your checkout process will not be precise. Because of this, please expect to pay more for shipping charges when purchasing oversize items. Shipping charges will be added to oversize items at the time your order is shipped. The amount charged for shipping oversize items will be based on FedEx published rates. If you have any questions concerning shipping charges for oversize items, please contact us before placing your order.
  • Although we make every effort to process all orders in a timely fashion, delivery time is not guaranteed. ThumperTalk.com will not be held responsible for any delays by freight carriers or processing delays.

 

 

When will my order ship?

AFTERMARKET PARTS

Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST are processed the same business day. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days from when they are processed.

For Example: If you place your order on a Friday before 12:00 PM PST, in most cases your order should ship no later than Tuesday.

  • If a particular item takes longer than 1-2 business days to ship, Availability will be displayed with that item.
  • Please keep in mind that orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may not be processed until the following business day.

In some instances, an item may not be in stock in one of our local warehouses and must be ordered in from a remote warehouse. When this happens, it can delay shipment of your order up to 7 days. In the event we do not have an item in stock at one of our local warehouses, you will be contacted via email within 1 business day of when you placed your order.

OEM PARTS

Orders placed before 11:00 AM PST are processed the same business day. Because we carry over 8 million OEM parts from several manufacturers, it is impossible for us to stock most OEM parts and in most cases we order OEM parts directly from the manufacturers.

OEM manufacturers have several warehouses throughout the United States. Depending on availability, it will take 3-10 days for OEM parts to arrive at the ThumperTalk warehouse. This means it will be 3-10 days before we can ship your order, even if you've paid for express delivery.

For Example: If you place your order on the 1st of the month before 11:00 AM PST, the soonest your order will ship is the 4th of the month, and it may be as long as the 11th of the month before your order leaves our warehouse.

  • If you choose overnight delivery as your shipping method, it will still take 3-10 days before we ship your order. However, when your order does ship, it will be sent via the delivery method chosen at checkout.
