Very cool property you have to ride on, extremely envious. Would suggest to try and make sections and find like mind trials riders better than you for suggestions.
Most definately was a cable routing problem with mine. Granted I did remove the computer and headlight, made a brakcket and installed a yz250f front number plate. Lots more movent for the clutch cable with less binding. Very noticable improvement.
For a bike that did not come with a slave sylinder this is a band aid, best save your money and re-route the cable and lube. Put your bike on a stand and rotate the bar's, you can see and feel where it binds.
Very little to be gained, not worth the hassle in my opinnion. After buying a new twin air and looking at both stock and twin air filters decided stock was best. Bought two more stock filters and always have a clean one to put in. As always opinions will be different. Just mine.
So Midlife did you ever get around or want to change the sub frame out, still think if everything else on the bike will suppot it this is something I would want to try. My bike has been on a weight loss from day two and no where near where I would like.
+Subframe, anyone here tried a 250yz subframe on the wr450? Bike has alway's been a little tall for me plus it would plug up that ugly left hand side hole.
