CR250 cylinder base nut torque?

This may be a stupid question but I'm going to ask it anyways. I know motion pro makes a torque wrench adapter so you can properly torque down the cylinder base nuts, but is there any other way to do this without this wrench? I dont really want to purchase it if there is another option.

i know terrablone does it by feel with vice grips but hes a real mechanic. takes alot of years to get good at it though  . better stick with the motion pro tool if i was you

its either the adapter or a crows foot.

the adapter is where its at though.

Thanks again for the replys, I went ahead and ordered the motion pro adapter just to be on the safe side.
