Long Distance Bike Delivery

Has anyone out there used 1-888-haulbikes to deliver a bike that was puchased out of area? If so did they do a good job? Does anyone know of any other long distance bike deilvery options or companies besides crate and air freight?

By far, the best deal is Forward Air, a trucking company. They require a crate.

i used AmericanFreight (AF) last december when i had my bike shipped from Minnesota to central Texas. it was in the factory crate. when i picked it up (because i could get it on friday instead of waiting till monday for delivery) i saw 3 other bikes on crates. it was under $200 and took only 4 day even though it went through a 9" snow storm in iowa/nebraska.
