xr 650r with 710 big bore!!!!!!

650Rs will do 250 miles on a motorway at 80-90mph without melting. Then do it again all week... Will a CRF?

My bike will only do what I'm capable of doing. Lol I'm old, so I just make it look good going down the logging roads. You all go ahead and dick measure, I'll catch up. ImageUploadedByThumper Talk1468988008.829877.jpg

Post some more pictures.

I like the luggage rack.

The wiener comparo is inevitable... Just like teenage boys.

I'm with you... old and damn proud of it!

If those BRP were light as mx bikes with better suspension...

Imagine a 450 with almost zero maintenance, oil change every 150 hours and done. How cool would that be?

710cc kit? Never heard about that one. 680 kits are common. If you really want to go that far don't forget to replace the stock conrod with a falicon or carillo.

If you really want to smoke every other bikes a cheap solution would be to buy a cr500 or kx500. No mods needed, only your guts.

Falicon will still still stroke a 650R crank. I don't know how much, but I think it come out to a little over 705 when coupled with the 680 kit.

I never heard about that, is that your experience?

I called Falicon about 2 months ago and they told me they would still stroke a crank for me. I think it was 2mm but I forget.

Doing the math, a 102.4mm bore and 84.6mm stroke would be 696.7cc.
