ECU mapped for 2012 WR450

3 posts in this topic

The Yamaha Fuel injection has sensors that automatically compensate for altitude change.... the different maps are generally to adjust for different riding conditions.... single track, mud, sand, etc. My WR rides just as good at the cabin (6200 feet) as it does here locally (3000 feet). Someone else may chip in here, but your bike should run fine with one of the maps from the competition ECU chart.
