re-spoking the rims?

hi guys, so i was thinking to possibly maybe take my rims off and polish the aluminum?, now i dont know if spoking a dirtbike is like the same as a bicycle, but i know a bicycle it can be a real headache, what about these dirtbikes?, thanks!

Its not as bad as a bike, the rims are stiffer and typically dont get the small tiny hops or wobbles that a bike wheel can get. However, the process is still the same and it is important that you get the wheel straight a wobbly rear wheel is easily felt in the air.

yeah i guess in the air you would want it fairly straight, hmm, maybe ill just leave it for now, thanks
