FMF Factory 4.1 vs RCT?

Is there a difference between a Factory 4.1 vs RCT 4.1?

I just bought the normal FMF Factory 4.1 Slip on and when I got it today it says RCT on the sticker on the exhaust. I checked the part numbers and it matches up as a regular 4.1. Im totally confused

The sticker is the same as this picture. Its hard to see but it says RCT in the white area above the FMF

yes there is a difference, the 4.1 is round and the rct is hexagonal or boxy. this is the rct

your picture looks like the older 4.1's. I have a 4.1 and it has the same sticker.

Thanks for the help.

It has to do with their development in keeping the pipes quiet. it's an updated version of the 4.1

resonance chamber technology. it is on both pipes above.
