02 200 exc subframe compatibility.

I made a similar post earlier about this and was wondering would an 03 450sx sub frame(single piece fender) swap onto an 02 200 exc? I have found a deal on one but don't want to waste my money unless it can bolt up or be easily modified. Thanks for any info and sorry if this is considered a re-post.

Searching the internet and reading the post above, I have figured out what all I need. So does anyone have a subframe and airbox for an 03- 04 250sx or exc for sale.? If so shoot me a pm.
