Simple Question On 2010

Do you guys keep the extra piece under the air filter? Finally got a notoil and it came with the extra filter if you will. The stock one had little holes on the outside so it would stay in place. The new one didn't have the holes but seemed like it would breathe better. I'm anal and had to make sure it was perfectly placed, needless to say it got on my nerves! Sorry for the rant on such a simple thing. Thanks guys

Yes I use the secondary air filter under the main filter. The No-Toil filter is not as good as a GYTR. Just check them or TwinAir out. Both are much better filters than No-Toil.

I use the DT1 filter and cage, and yes it made a difference..

The dt1 is just a filter that goes over the top of your stock cage instead of under it.

Twin-Air has a power flow kit which requires some modification to the air box.

here is the website for the DT-1, you can buy filters and a special filter cage that allows for more air flow. several of the factory teams run them for this reason.

I also run the cycra powerflow shrouds which increased the airflow more without having to cut holes in the shrouds..

Same here. With that, the 49 tooth rear and the Yosh slip on, it feels a bit peppier. :busted: (stock map at this point)
