Mine is an 03, but the wiring should be the same, or at least close. As for the switch, get one of these:

For the high beam on the headlight, the bulb is a standard automotive H-4 bulb with three prongs. Head down to your auto parts store and pick up an H-4 plug, they are only a few bucks. Wire that into the switch and you will now have both high and low beams. The switch will come with a diagram to show which how to wire it up, but you basically take the hot lead and ground that goes to your headlight and run it into the switch, then power to your lights from the switch.

For the brake light, you should have 3 wires coming from the brake light, but only 2 being used. The open one is the brakelight. You will need to buy a hydraulic switch to activiate the brake light like this:

Run a hot lead to one side of the switch and the other goes to the brake light wire.

That should do it. Pretty easy wiring job.

The bulb is a H6M on the 07+ WRs. It already has two filaments, it's just that only the low beam is wired/powered on continously.

The same switch that Sicass sells can be had here for $25 LESS - http://www.rockymountainatvmc.com/viewLargerImage.do?stockId=212392&navType=type

Baja Designs has a plug and play switch setup for the headlight, I beleive. You'll still have to do up the brake light but it is pretty easy to do, if you understand wiring.
