Need Help with Suspension Settings

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody could help with the settings on this 2000 yz426f beast. i'm 6'1", 230# and a novice rider riding mx.Is there anybody close to that and knows what their clicks are set at so i can use that as a starting point. The suspension has been gone thru by scott suspension before i bought the bike... thanks for your responds...

Hello i wiegh 250 pnd's and 6'8". I have my thread count on the shock set at 13 threads from the bottom and comp at 4 clicks out rebound is at 5-6 out depending on the day. i have installed delta valves in the forks with a 7 weight oil. maybe that will help you good luck.

For the initial setting use the email address in my profile and I'll check when I get home. For tuning information, go to MX-Techs web site and they have a complete guide on tuning. Print it out and take it to the track.

I'm 10 pounds lighter than you but, my settings should get you close.
