how to time a 2006 yz450

I have a 2006 yz450 and it jumped time on me. what marks do i line up on the cams and flywheel to put it back in time.

There's 2 marks on the crank, I and what looks like an H allign it with mark I.

On the cams, there are als 2 dots on each cam, look at your manual.

There are plenty of pics here to help, line the dots up with the cylinder. If you jumped time you should be replacing your cam chain, they don't just jump out of time. If you wait and knock some valves it will just cost more $$$.
