Pilot in or out

I can screw my pilot jet in or out and not tell much diff. I have a JD red needle on 4 groove with a 42 pilot should I move my needle down one or two grooves to get the most of my pilot. :D help me boys :)

That would be the Fuel screw you're twisting on :)....if it doesn't change the idle you're prob'ly too rich in the Pilot jet. The needle has minimal to no effect on idle.....

Just testing to see who was listining :lol:No really I got a little confused. It is the fuel screw im talking about Rich (you caught that). Should I go Leaner on the pilot too #40 :)
