repair swing arm adujting bolts

got a used bike and wanted to know how is a good way to repair swing arm adjusting bolts?

well when i got it the bolts holes for the bolts that move the axle blocks are striped. i tried to use a thred chaser, but they are still to far gone. i was thinking about a thred sert or Heli-Coil.

You could try a heli-coil... I would think that you could probably just tap the next sized thread into the existing hole though. A more radical fix would be to weld a fresh piece of metal over the existing one and drill, tap and thread a new bolt into it.
