low voltage help plz

1 post in this topic

so after doing this "mod" to run blinkers, tail, brake lights and a battery

ive come to a question.

on my bike 02 wr426

the voltage regulator ran to the headlight (yellow and black) the blue wire was not there.

i plan on running the same yellow and black wire back to the bridge rectifier and then a + and - to the battery..

my question is this..the black wire from the VR and the bolt through the VR to the frame share continuity (ground) can the rectifier, and the battery also share this same lead to ground, or will the ac and the dc lines need dedicated grounds?

this is the nte rectifier
