kickstand options for 1998 and up? yzf

6 posts in this topic

my dad has the OG yz400f. I ride a WR.

I am always the one opening the gates and he's always looking for trees to lean

his bike against (or my bike.)

I've seen the clamp on the swingarm kickstands and don't like that idea,

is there a factory or aftermarket bolt on alternative?

or do I have to weld on some mount points?

I don't personally have one, but a number of my buddies do and they swear by the ProMoto Billet kickstands ... A little pricey, but a kickstand on a dirtbike is something you do not want to screw around with the cheapo versions ...

I have one on my 426. Great kick, like a piece of art.

I have a PMB on my 426. I will never own another bike without a kickstand again. It's a work of art and very sturdy.
