That was crazy. I enjoy stupid fun like that. I dont care how much you tell me your bike wasnt top heavy,a 04 WR450 is a heavy bike. Add a 6.6 gallon tank along with gear and that doesnt help things one bit.Are you doing that again?

Yep- Big Ride every September-ish for a week, and tons mini rides thru out the year.

Top -Heavy- it all relative- rear bags are mainly thermarest, bivy sack, down sleeping bag, some clothes, cook set - not all that much weight. Yes the tank weighs it down but I've been running it for years, so I am used to it.

Ironically the pisser is the tank bag, it stops you from being able to get forward when standing over the optimal pinch point with the legs. Its great for storing stuff, but sucks for riding. I wont/hate running the tank bag on day rides. Rather throw it in a backpack and suffer with the weight on my body.

Question for you guys......Does the green sticker WR450's (like the 2011 WR450 model) say "motorcycle" on the title OR "for offroad use only" ???

In Mo it doesn't say Off Road Only so I was able to buy one from Mo and register it for the road in Illinois...

In CA, the title says "off road" for a green sticker/red sticker bike.

2008 450f with 250x rims and tires (I kept the knobbies on the spare rims) tusk kit, custom liscense frame and mounting kit...

I was planning on cutting all the Tusk wire connections and soldering and shrink tubing everything but after I had it all mocked up I got anxtious and decided to go play in the Midwest sun while it was here. One day I'll redue it right....
