01, yzf suspension settings

looking for some settings for a 155 pound (canadian) pro racer. I just finished braking in my 250 and 426, but havn't had a chance to play around with the comp. and rebound, been to busy trying to figure out how these thumbers start, where the air (fuel) screw is, what an oil filter is, 10w/30...huh....etc
