Steering rod. NEED HELP!

Can someone tell me how to take of the steering rod of stock clamps(of a 426). please i need help. The manual sucks

You need to press it out with a hydraulic press. I don't think you can generate enough force with an arbor press.

I had to press one out a month ago. You definitely need a hydraulic press. Be careful not to damage the threads on the stem, other than that it's not hard.
