Yamaha Australia vid and pics....

We often see tons of pics and vidz from AMA and Europe MX/SX riders... but often are one of the big mx countries forgotten. And that is Australia....

They have the biggest SX racing series outside US and have produced alot of talent the last 10 years.

Here is a pic of Jay Marmonts CDR Rockstar Yamaha and also a video of Jay testing....

If you want some info on Jay, he has raced in the states previously, did well at this years MX des nations, has won the last three national outdoor championships here in Aus, has been less than satisfied with his Super X results, but i dont think the formats suit his riding style. He is a rider that prides himself on his fitness and charges for a whole moto. Definitely great to watch when the pressure is on him, or gets a bad start. Charges hard for the whole moto. A genuine good guy of our sport, who never got a real chance to show his skills on the world stage.

The CDR team that he rides for is run by Craig Dack, hence the CDR, and Dack has run the #1 factory supported Yamaha team for well over 10 years now. The bikes have a lot of time and effort put into them, but nothing to rival the factory bikes of the states. The suspension is standard, Enzo coated and tuned suspension, GYTR components are used throughout, with the magical touches of our head Yamaha technicians. Also receives support from Pro Circuit , along with One Ind and a few other companies Definitely the most professional rig at the races here in Aus. He has a brand new team mate for 2011, which is going to add another dimension to the racing, with Josh Coppins signing on to race down under. It is going to be great to see Josh's raw speed and talent. With Jay looking for a 4th title in a row, he definitely has his work cut out for him this year.

CDR Yamaha , Is a very professional National team. I have visited the USA frequently for AMA nationals and super-cross and CDR certainly Rivals the top factory teams in all aspects.

Trying to discredit what I said by making these claims ?? So, if you think CDR has the same sort of budget or access to factory parts that L&M Yamaha does, then you need your head read !!

Add to that, CDR have only just bought their first Semi for the upcoming race season. There are privateers that have semi's in the states. And all the factory teams have had semi's in the states for over 10 years.
