1998 YZ 250 torque specs?

3 posts in this topic

I need to know the torque specs for the clutch springs, clutch cover, and the cylinder head and cylinder base nuts for my 1998 yz250. I plan on getting a manual sometime in the next few months, but for now I don't have one and I want to put together everything I took apart a few weeks ago. Thank you

According to my 1998 manual: Cylinder base @ 25 ft. lbs

Cylinder head @ 20 ft lbs

Clutch springs and cover @ 7.2 ft lbs or 1nm
