shipping

does anyone know of a shipping company for bikes that has

resonable prices?? I am in Oregon if that makes a difference

Ive heard a lot of people on here say the www.forwardair.com is the place to check out.

no personal expierence.

I used Forward Air to ship my vintage 1978 Sachs wr 250 from Montréal in the province of Québec in Canada to Oklahoma city. All I had to do was to crate the bike. I got a dirt bike cardboard steel frame crate from the dealer I bought my new WR. I only had to slightly modify the hangers for proper fit, and voilà. I brought the bike crated to them to have it weighted and handed over the money. I took about 4 days to get to destination. Have it insured too. We never know.

Good luck
