does the clutch basket has specific position in the crank

I remember reading something about aligning a mark on the basket with a notch on the main shaft, I only looked at my stock basket long enough to drill the rivets out of it and I didn’t notice any marks.

Since that time I’ve probably had my Hinson basket off four or five times, I just reinstall it however it wants to go on there and I haven’t broken anything. I’ve done it often enough that I don’t think I’ve ever checked the procedure in the manual. Do as I say, not as I do: check your manual. ?

i would like to know if the clutch basket has specific positioning when assembling it inside the crank somebody told me they have position , if you put it wrongly it will break is this true.
