how to fix exhaust 03-05

I have a yz450 its an 03 problem is it has a small hole in header where heat shield bolted on. what is the best way to repair this, if any.

The stock header is light gauge titanium, and having the hole patched by welding a piece over it, the most obvious way of repairing it, is a job only for a very skilled TIG welder.

If you want the easiest, lowest cost means of fixing it ( I did not say pretty), you could take a piece of sheet metal, form it to the pipe, epoxy it on, and hold it in place with a hose clamp.

The easiest way to fix it neatly is to replace it with something used from eBay or the classifies here.
