Flywheel Rotor puller- what years?

I have the flywheel/rotor puller for a 2006 YZ450F that i used to change the timing chain on one of my bikes. Will this same puller work for an 04 and 05 model, or is it a different thread size. My buddy wants me to do the top end and check valves and replace chain. Does he need a different puller?

Totally different, but the older YZF's probably use the one of most popular, least expensive mag pullers there is. Someone will have one in stock for under $20.
