wr450 will hesitate!

driving at a constant speed, the bike will almost hesitate for a brief momment and then return to original power. the bike is still very new, so i called my dealer and he asked me to break the bike in and see if anything changes. does this sound right? maybe just a quick fix? anyone have this problem? and it seems happen in all gears! alomost seems like a fuel problem!?!
