Less bottom end??

1 post in this topic

Hi all

Ok i own a 2009 wr450F uncorked re-jetted with

Needle- GGSQ-3rd from top clip position

DEP S3 exhaust.

Gearing is 14 front and 50 rear

Now this bike is a weapon, explosive bottom end, strong mid and top end and considering that i weight 70kg dripping wet, this thing will rip my bloody arms off.

Sounds good, it is. But for tight single trail and really rough, steep, slow hill climbs this bike is a monster. How can i smooth out that some of that aggressive bottom end to get that tractor feeling??

Will changing the leek jet help?? Or is the pipe the culprit??

any thoughts??

Thanks Evan
