shock nitrogen psi

5 posts in this topic

Hi cohonda. According to my trusty Honda service manual the stock N2 pressure is 142psi. RG3's suspension guru's say these shocks will safely handle the 175psi setting that the CR's use if needed. Ride on.

The nitorgen pressure in the shock can vary quite a bit. 175 is a good choice, but you can run considerably more. Race Tech recommends 240 PSI for many apps. Mine's at 165 with good results.
