SETING UP NEW BIKE

4 DAY OLD 426, IM 190 , INTERMEDIATE RIDER,

BIKE IS STOCK, DID NOT TOUCH ANY CLICKERS YET . ANY ONE HAVE ANY IDEAS, BIKE SEEMS GREAT AS IS , DONT WANT TO MESS IT UP ,

THANK YOU

Grease everything! :D

Get the manual out, check to see that you have the tools on hand. You need some big metric stuff for some of it. You need a torque wrench as well, never guess on this stuff, use the correct torque. Yamaha put almost NO GREASE on the bike, it keeps it cleaner in assembly. You need to do the Swingarm, shock linkage and steering head at LEAST. If you search back through the posts you'll see lots of posts about this. The manual with the bike is also pretty good.

Good Luck, let us know if you have questions :)
