Setting 1986 trx250 timing

Ok doing the top end in my quad, and get to the cam and I cant see any kind of timing marks on the sprocket, any body know what and how you set the timing, and the tourques for the head bolts and cam tower bolts?

align the t mark flywheel with the index mark on the alternator cover by turning the fly wheel clockwise. position the cam lobes down and align the timing marks on the cam sprocket with the cylinder head upper surface. torque specs for cap nuts are 25-32 ft-lb and for the socket bolts 16-20 ft-lb. straight out of the honda manual.
