jetting at high altitude-8500' for '99 yz400

I was looking for some advice about main/pilot jet sizing, needle positioning, air mixture screw placement ect. The bike now has a bad hesitation when fully opening the throttle off idle. I have played around around with moving the needle up and down as well as trying to rejet the main down to 158-165, but with little success. I am sick of thumping into the bars, and my wife is getting concerned about the number of shots to the balls I am taking, so any help with this rather personal problem of mine would be greatly appreciated.
