Leak from tell tale hole 2005 yz 450

Hi guys

I have noticed a leak from my tell tale hole under the right side caseing is this a water pump seal let go if so how easy is it to fix?any help much appreciated.thanks robbo.

I had the same issue. It isn't hard at all. Take the clutch cover off and be careful not to ruin the gasket. Take the oil filter cover and water pump cover off. Of course you drained the coolant first. Then just unbolt the side cover. Again be careful not to damage the gasket. Use a socket on the blade side and a wrench on the shaft side and remove the water pump. There are the seals and put back together in reverse order. Remember to clean the covers real good before putting them back on.
