WR 450 seat height

1 post in this topic

O.K. here's another question. I just sat on a new YZ450 I'd swear its even taller than last year.I read about the pro's lowering the sub frame. I know that won't help the front much, but it would make it easier to swing a leg over it. Anybody done it? whats the most you can take out. Does it make the rear tire hit the fender, can you put another rubber bumper on the shock to prevent that. Does the rubber boot from the air box to carb flex enough with the lower sub frame? I wish the yamaha 's were as low as the Honda 450.
