In need of some help!

I have a 2004 WR450 with no spark at the spark plug...

What I have checked;

-Battery is at 12.3 VDC

-Gap on spark plug is good.

-All electrical connections look as good as they can for a dirt bike.

-Kill switch is working as it should (not shorted to ground)

-Main power switch is operational and red LED is working

-Ignition Coil resistance is ~0.1 Ohm (Orange Lead to Black Lead)

-Secondary Coil resistance is 5.0 Ohms (Orange Lead to Spark Plug end)

-AC Magneto resistance is 315 Ohms (Red Lead to White Lead)

-Neutral Switch is work properly

So, before I change the CDI (expensive) I thought I would ping you guys for things I can check or common failures of this type before buying a CDI.

Any thoughts?????

take your coil to a shop and have them test it, its rare but does happen now and then

just because your tests are in spec dont mean its good

Crank position sensors tend to fail more often than CDI's. Check it. confirm it pulses as the engine cranks.
